Associate, Benjamin Boyd
Attorney Benjamin Boyd began his legal career in Torrington, Wyoming, where he worked as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Keith G. Kautz and Hon. John C. Brooks of Wyoming's Eighth Judicial District. Ben also worked as a staff attorney for Chief Justice Roy S. Moore of Alabama's Supreme Court.
Ben’s law practice focuses on family law, including divorce, custody, and support; estate planning and elder law, including guardianships, conservatorships, trusts and probate; and real property matters, including purchases and sales, easements, boundaries and land use.
His legal writing has appeared in the Oregon State Bar Bulletin, the Journal of Law and Health, the Liberty University Law Review, the Liberty Legal Journal, and Faulkner Law Review.
In addition to offering legal services across the state of Oregon, Ben Boyd is also admitted to the Wyoming State Bar.
Ben and his wife have six children and enjoy gardening, and outdoor recreation in beautiful Wallowa County and Eastern Oregon.
